When we are talking about hacking and hackers, we firstly need to discuss what the security risks in your website are and what you need to take care about. These are the loopholes through which your websites can be teared apart.
The threats are:
1.       The first security problem is the database. The hackers can directly access your database and get your customer details. This means that you are no longer a respected owner as customer data is leaked from your websites. There are several methods to do that, of which the most famous is the database sql injection. To protect you database you need to hide your database accessibility from the external resources.

2.       The second threat is placing some inappropriate data on your website. It may be some text or image or anything that can harm your reputation and credibility. These are not taken seriously by most of the website owners. Several methods are prominent among the hackers to do that, but cross server scripting and use of some input fields which do not check for scripts are used.

3.       Like computers virus can also harm your website.  So, if your website is not secured hackers may enter the system and spread some virus which can damage your website.

4.       One of the most dangerous problems is the hacking of your email. Once they hack your email, your other accounts linked to that email will be vulnerable and apart from that they can send some malicious content to your customers. This would definitely harm your and your customer’s security.

These were only few of the security issues but one thing must be clear in your mind that if proper steps are not taken at right time you and your business might be destroyed to some unrepairable extent.
